What makes it fun

Mill Creek Park, at 11.43 acres, is a popular and well-used park in Kansas City's park system. In the park lies the Plaza Tennis Center. There is also a walking/jogging trail, an exercise area, benches, lighting areas, and landscaping at Mill Creek Park. In addition, an eco-pond fountain was built in the park's northeast corner. Much of the park is still open and grassy.

Went on a date with my wife to a bunch of different Kansas City fountains and it was so fun. This is a great park.

Always a great park. Close by shopping and dining. The course at the park is fun.
Can it enhance any one's physical abilities?Sure, there are exercises at different stations.

It is a good site to see, a nice outing spot to relax, walk around, jog, and much more. I would/will definitely recommend anyone to stop by and visit and everything around it.

Mill Creek Park is always a serene, beautiful environment in which to walk, run, or read. I took one of my many books and used the natural shade to read. There were many others quietly enjoying music, pictures, and each other's company.

Mill Creek has a great walking loop and is usually less crowded than Loose which can be nice if I need/want more space. It also has bodyweight exercise stations around the outer loop of the walk/run path which is a really health friendly option for no cost if people need or want that option in their neighborhood. Well kept/clean for the most part too. Not well lit at night so I do not recommend walking it in the dark.
