Great whiskey, and a great tour. The cocktails were amazing. They definitely have the best old-fashioned in town. Even better than my brother's. Don't tell him though.

Stop by on New Year's Eve to ring in 2025. Charlie was behind the bar and did a great job of keeping the glasses full of my fellow revelers and I. One friend enjoyed the Rail Tracks - a great NA cocktail. My wife enjoyed their Honeycrisp cocktail and mulled wine, and I enjoyed a flight of their four core range products. Charlie answered all my nerdy whiskey questions and I enjoyed their peated whiskey the most, as it is hard to find a good peated American whiskey instead of a scotch. Thanks Charlie!

It was just ok. Tiny space. Typical drinks. Typical prices. I just feel it's not even close to the level of another bottoms competitor. Please note: i did not take a tour and had very little interaction with the staff. I moved on quickly

We took our family on the West Bottoms Whiskey tour and loved it. The history is so interesting and the building is really cool. Highly recommend for anyone, regardless of your interest in whiskey.

We’ve been to some cool whiskey spots in a number of cities and this is one of the tops! Super cool atmosphere! The tour was great. The KC Old Fashioned was perfection! Not only do we highly recommend but we’ll be back often when we come into town to visit family.

What a great experience! This micro-distillery fits perfectly in the KC West Bottoms. It almost feels outlaw. Very cool space, super nice people and creative cocktails. But as nice as the space and people and ambience are, the stars here are the whiskeys. Delicious, masterfully blended and complex. (Be sure to taste the Distiller's Cut if it's still available.) The tour was entertaining and informational. Ben was a wealth of knowledge while also making all feel involved. Request him if he's available. You will not be disappointed.

They are amazing! I booked a distillery tour and tasting experience for me and my dad as a Christmas present. My dad is in a wheelchair and their staff went above and beyond to help him enjoy his experience on the tour. The building itself isn’t the most accessible building but they really did their best to help! The tour guide was very fun, and although I’m not super big into bourbon, I could handle the tasting, and my dad who loves bourbon very much enjoyed it all! 100% would recommend. The price was very worth the experience!

The best old fashioned I’ve ever had . Was genuinely struggling to try and even remember the last time I’ve been THIS impressed by a drink. Could not recommend enough

This place is fantastic. They have an amazing story, the building has awesome history, and the whiskey is probably some of the most unique I’ve tried. Really, really good! Thanks to Ben and Alex for a really fun and informative tour yesterday!! We’ll be back for sure!

Quaint, relaxed and just what we need to stop and enjoy life WITH great food. This was my first time here and I’m very unfamiliar with French cuisine. I’m an adventurous eater and enjoyed everything. I’m not a wine drinker but I enjoyed some delicious beer.

Absolutely amazing place. Perfect hole in the wall feel without being rundown. Great whiskey! Can't wait for more of their specialty whiskey to come out. Truly does have the best old fashioned I've had in Kansas City. Staff and owners are very involved which makes for an amazing experience on top of all the great products. I would highly recommend a visit to this place. I will definitely be coming back.
