The staff at Zip KC are very welcoming and engage in conversation, however due to a discrepancy with my ziplining partner, we chose not to Zipline. As I can understand, refunds are not permitted - this should be a case by case evaluation. I paid $273 + $20 tip for a ride on the short bus. I was hopeful the staff would understand my position and at least provide a rain check for one ticket, but instead gladly took my money. Phoenix did not bother calling me, as Maddie stated on 7/28/2024. Better luck next time, I guess!

I took my fiance here for her birthday and we had a great time! We did the sunset date night tour which I highly recommend. It's approximately 3 hours long but you get to ride every zipline they have. Would love to go back again sometime.

Definitely recommend coming to try this even if you don't like heights it's still a good time. The whole family had a good time and will definitely be going again.

My husband and I just went this past week for the sunset tour with 9 lines and it was so much fun! A great outdoor experience with small "hikes" between the first few lines and then tower-to-tower for the second half. Our guides, Abby and Justin, were incredible. They kept the group entertained, laughing, and safe. Can't wait to go back!

Had a lot of fun at Zip KC with my husband! Did the Night Tower Tour and I highly recommend – it was beautiful out and you can see the stars! Great tour guides, and lots of fun.

Guides were AMAZING ( Abby and Brandon) very in formative and very safety conscious also very patient with first timers that were a little nervous. Would high recommend Zip KC to family and friends. Give a big thumbs up to Zip KC and the tour guides. Looking forward to our next trip.

My mother and I travelled from Kentucky to Zip KC to go zip lining. We did the hike and zip. Our guides were Carson and Justin. They were amazing! They made us feel comfortable, made sure we felt safe, and gave us good laughs along the way. One thing my mother liked about this zip line is that the guides actually brake your stop for you on the lines. So you get to admire the view the entire duration of the line and you don’t have to worry about the breaking. Aside from the guides, the girl at the front desk was extremely nice. All around, it appeared they had a very friendly working environment. If we are ever back in that area, we will for sure be visiting again!

I’ve been here twice now and will definitely come back!

The do all the breaking for you and there is only one set of stairs. Staff makes it fun by letting you write nick names on your helmets. Highly recommend!

Was an amazing first time ZipLining did the 4 course to do as a starter and the courses were fun and definitely all different. Our two tour guides Alex and Casey were amazing, informative and funny, they seem to play off each other and keep the whole thing in good atmosphere. Definitely would make the trip from TX to go again.

This place rocks. Kate and Mikala were so fun, they really made the experience that much more enjoyable. I would recommend the hike and zip to anyone. I hate heights but LOVED this. Definitely ready for a tower zip now. Don’t wait go now

We had such a great day ! Our guide Jacob was super friendly and patient with our large group.. Being water bottles for sure and definitely bring a clean set of clothes, shoes , baby wipes and towels to wipe the mud off you at the end.. We had people from age 50 to 12 and everyone had a blast!!
