At Blip Roasters, our philosophy focuses around how we live our lives and is what motivates us: community, loyalty, coffee, and motorcycles. Riding propels us through life, and coffee allows us to re-align during the daily grind's curves. Our coffee is far from ordinary. Try a Blood Orange Espresso Tonic or a Hot Honey Latte!

We had a great day hanging out at Blip while getting some work done - enjoyed their burritos and then Family Dinner. The kids joined and vented some steam on the toddler-sized motorcycles. It's a lovely atmosphere!

I love Blip! I always make sure to stop by when I'm in the West Bottoms. The coffee + food is great and the atmosphere is even better. The owner Ian is so kind and welcoming! It's also an extremely collaborative space which I love. Great open space for events, etc.

Fantastic coffee, but also an amazing space! Tons of room and a fantastic vibe. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot to work or hang while sipping some exceptional coffee.

Love this spot! I usually come by on Sundays when all the bikes are out, but today I brought my best friend from Arizona. We split a pastry, had the wagyu burrito (so good!), and some awesome coffee. Such a great vibe!

Was first introduced to Blip from homesteader cafe. I prefer their whole beans to other popular roasters since the taste is less acidic and you can enjoy the notes. Their seasonal, nonalcoholic old fashioned bourbon latte is as delicious as it is well crafted.

Absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I go there regularly for our date nights. The food is always good, and every staff member we have met has been very nice and they give great service.
We even met Penny herself once and she was so sweet!

I love the the atmosphere. The decor is great and the overall vibe of the place is super awesome. Definitely our favorite Thai spot!

Blip is a fun downtown coffee shop nestled in the industrial area on the Missouri river. The people here care about good quality coffee, all of their coffee is roasted in house. They have a relatively large sitting space that accommodates a little under 50 seats (couch, bar, table, lounge chairs). The vibe is industrial motorcycle shop (no parts, just merch). Prices a very fair, and everything is very clean. If you aren't able to make it in to the shop check out their website! We will be back!
