Absolutely amazing experience! I came here for my birthday and our waitress Shelby was so wonderful! We had multiple sushi’s, drinks and an app. Everything came on time and was delicious!

As a Hispanic individual who has traveled the world, my favorite food is sushi. However, I found the food here to be below average and extremely overpriced. The atmosphere was pleasant, but it felt unusual not to see any Asian staff at this sushi restaurant. The hostess was Black, the waitress was white, and the chef, a 22-year-old, along with the entire kitchen staff, were Hispanic. They only spoke Spanish. I know the food is totally different, but think about going to an authentic Mexican restaurant, with not one Mexican employee. Would you eat there? I wouldn't.

I ordered delivery from here after reading great reviews about their vegan food. SO glad i did! Wishing I wasn’t passing through town, otherwise I’d be going here every week! I got the Spicy Kaluna Crunch and the Crunchy Cabbage rolls and would absolutely recommend both :)

Have been to both Blue locations in KC many times. They are both fantastic every time. Classy, but relaxed atmosphere, great service, and delicious sushi!

This place is pretty to look at, just like sushi is pretty to look at. The sushi is well prepared and tasty, and they have some options that I've not found at some other local sushi restaurants. We also had the charred edamame. The River Rock Beef is a fun option, beef sizzling on hot Mexican beach pebbles. Great service, also--especially considering that they'd opened only a couple of months ago.

Godzilla is alive and well here at Blue, & tasty too! Seriously this place has great sushi and even better service! The second floor is a great spot to open the windows and enjoy your meal. Decent prices and what a selection of rolls.

My best friend and I went here to celebrate her birthday and we had the MOST AMAZING server named Jenny! She was hilarious and very attentive. She recommended wonderful food and drinks!!! She even was able to describe how several of the dishes are made! I highly recommend asking for Jenny when you go!!!!

Phenomenal experience! ! The service was amazing! Food, hands down the best we have ever had!! The chefs, OMG, went over and beyond for us! BRITTNEY! What can I say?! She was the BEST waitress we have ever had!
