What makes it fun
Fox and Pearl is a neighborhood bistro that is in touch with the changing of the seasons and takes tradition seriously. Chef Vaughn Good works directly with local farmers to get the ingredients for his rustic and regional cuisine. He uses different cooking methods, like fire, smoke, and preservation techniques, to bring the ingredients to life. Chef Good went to the French Culinary Institute but he grew up eating Southern and Midwestern food. Fox and Pearl is a delightful blend of both worlds.
