*** Regarding your response, I work in a business downtown, and we often walk to various restaurants and other places. I take writing reviews seriously, and I must say that you were quite reckless. You should have been more attentive and avoided making the turn and stopping in the crosswalk while we were clearly already in the middle of it. We made eye contact with you, and your attitude was far from pleasant. It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review, as we are enthusiastic about supporting local businesses and our city, but your behavior is unacceptable.
However, super crowded, every seat was taken, and we did not stop to get off, stretch or have an opportunity to take pictures. I have been on many Viator tours, and this one was the most packed one I have ever seen. I was on before the trolley got crowed and a lady with not one, but two dogs ended sitting next to me. These were not emotional or service support animals. Yet, they were tame and cause absolutely no issues. Yet, No one ever asked if I or the others are allergic to pets, scared of them, or do not want pets outside of service animals on board. It did not seem like it was even an issue, she came and sat right next to me without reservations. The trolley operator said absolutely nothing. Do not get me wrong, we have dogs and cats, but crowding in a tour with two dogs is a bit much. v/r. Dr. K. King
