Paint Glaze & Fire is a welcoming paint-your-own-pottery studio where individuals of all ages and abilities can have fun, create art, and exercise their creative muscles. You are the artist in our heat-proof, boredom-proof workshop. There are no rules; let your creativity run wild as you create a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork or painting. We also provide private and group painting, glass fusion, and clay lessons. You can also drop in at any time to paint pottery, a glass fusion art project, a canvas, or work with raw clay. Our studio and coffee shop are always friendly.

Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful, my wife and I went here on a date not knowing you needed a reservation but luckily they had room from us! They have a ton of options of pottery you can paint and a very reasonable price. They give very clear instructions on how to make sure your colors pop after firing, they also have stencils for all different designs you are looking for 10/10 definitely coming back!

A cute and cozy place to go with friends!! The prices for the ceramics aren’t bad and the workers are friendly. They have a wide variety of pieces that you could paint and good selection of glaze.

They need to have their shop ready before they open. And attend to a small group when they have a large group at the same time. I love the concept, just would like to see it better organized.
It's a fun time.

This is the perfect place for families! They had such a wide variety of ceramics to choose from and the staff were very friendly. It was such an enjoyable relaxing atmosphere!

Nice place. Perhaps a bit cramped. The staff was friendly. Plenty of colors and paint brushes. I wasn't expecting the cost to be quite that high.

Today, August 3rd my aunt and I went into the store. We were ignored and never greeted. After about 10 minutes a white mother and her children arrived and were immediately greeted and seated. It's unfortunate because we were excited about doing some crafts there. The young attendant said, “Oh I didn't even see you, that's on me.” The location we visited is located at 12687 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66213.

Had a fun time and the staff was nice. However, pricing was a bit confusing since they only mention a studio fee. I wish they explained more about the prices for each pieces and additional cost. For three people we paid about 115 for drinks, ceramic item, and snack for each person.

My family and I have been coming here pretty frequently for close to a decade. Today we had the absolute worst customer service experience with Rose and will absolutely never return. She was rude and dismissive from the start but then made a mistake charging me, and then had a melt down because I wanted it corrected. Eye rolling, scowling, mumbling under her breath, smirking, the whole nine. It was much like trying to reason with a toddler to no real avail. So… Ceramics Cafe it is from here on out.

Visited the first time with my dad and was very happy with it! My dad and I use to go to these types of places when I was growing up so it was so nice to find a place to redo those memories again! I can agree it is a little pricey for it but they have a great variety of items to paint. It was so hard to choose! We went on a Tuesday since it had 1/2 off studio fees. It did get crowded pretty quickly and we went in at open, but it wasn't so crowded that we couldn't navigate. We did make a reservation which made it easier. The coffee was okay. Had nice consistency and temperature but I wasnt too much of a fan of the flavor but I'll give their other options a try next time. The employees were nice and helped when I had questions. We enjoyed our time and I loved how our pieces turned out. Said 7-10 days average for our items to be glazed and they were done in 4 days! Definitely can't wait to go back with more of my family and friends! Thank you for giving me another great memory!

The staff and owner of this place are very helpful and professional. We had a piece of our Christmas tree that we painted crack when I picked it up. They quickly re-ordered the piece for us and worked my daughter and I in on a busy day between Christmas and New Years to re-paint the piece. Great place, my kids love it.

We have been going to PG&F for Christmas time for years, have done a number of birthdays there as well. We have also done some of the summer camps and single day events. Which is just to say... There are lots of things you can do here.

Painting, by itself, is more than worth the fee. Relaxing and enjoyable, without getting anything out of it. Then your get to keep the stuff you painted, and no matter what your skill level, having something that you created feels good.

The staff is super nice and helpful, never had a bad experience. Do yourself a favor and stop by sometime, you don't be sorry.
