Percheron is Crossroads Hotel's seasonal rooftop bar. Percheron is the place in Kansas City to sip in the sun, connect, and enjoy the city's most iconic views. It is named after the famed horses of the former Pabst brewery, a breed known for its intelligence and liveliness.
We visited for their 4-6pm happy hour. Great deals on drinks (loved the Paloma). However, the food specials were amazing. The $8 mussels were so good and we received quite a large bowl. The hummus plate was great. The beet and walnut hummus had so much flavor. The oysters were also good and an excellent deal for $2 an oyster.
We were pretty full after the appetizers and didn’t have a chance to try any of the entrees. We will definitely be back to try more!
