What makes it fun
A great book has the impressive ability to connect companions over late-night discussions, or to a chatty streetcar passenger who also enjoys the same author. Simple paper pages can entice someone to visit a city or reconnect them to a time and place in their past. Books can spark an idea, incite an argument, and provide a peaceful respite from the chaos of life. This quality can be found in beer, wine, spirits, and food. Rather than leaving one out, we decided to pool their collective powers under one roof. As a result, Afterword Tavern & Shelves was born.
