When we arrived at the lobby we were greeted by amazingly friendly staff. And this friendly demeanor continued during our entire stay. And this surely was the highlight of the experience we had. Besides one rude female bartender at the lobby bar, we found the rest of the staff to be professional, helpful, courteous, respectful and friendly.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the fridge/mini-bar were fully stocked. Even though the room lacked a coffee maker, the dining area offered free coffee throughout. The room had ample closet space for all your belongings.
The hotel has a great rooftop bar with space for the public as well as for private events. Definitely a good place to start off with some great cocktails. The lobby bar was fun to hangout as well. The atmosphere was quite energetic both during the day and night.
The main reason for us to return to this hotel in the future would be due to the hospitality we received from the following staff members we interacted with: Stephanie, Meliss, Kelly, Hailee and Brandy. They truly made it special for us. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and took care of us during the entire stay. They always inquired if we were doing alright, offered advice on dining options around the area and most importantly, they were always wearing a smile and willing to help. Thank you ladies for making our stay memorable.
