Visited early before a show at the Folly
(a grueling 4 minute walk).
Fantastic made to order cocktails!
We ordered 4 different appetizers and each were delicious. Flatbread, cheese dip, deviled eggs, pretzels. Without asking, our apps all came out separately, giving us time to devour each app sweetly and slowly.
Dont miss going through the hotel its like walking through a museum. What a treat!
And the VOO is a yummy space that makes you feel as if you are dropped in a different time, a different era. Very cool.
Now for the best part. The part that made our day, night, weekend was meeting our new friend. Stacey with an"EY".
Any occasions that make one feel fortunate, smarter, happier for choosing said establishment is something we all strive for when enjoying our free time. And Stacey delivered.
Stacey was an absolute joy from the moment she came to our table.
She was sweet. She was attentive. She was everything.
Stacey had stories about the history of KC that mesmerized us.
From Harry Truman to ghost stories from that very hotel. She could definitely hold a private table story time event and be sold out every day.
Stacey is an absolute Kansas City jewel.
Voo is lucky to have her and we were blessed to spend some time with her.

This was such a pleasant experience! We had live music and a great ambiance! Chaise, our server, was amazing! One of the perks of this lounge is that they are mixologists and they created an amazing red pepper drink for me! Definitely worth a visit!
P.s.- Darren Dowler's sing-along was awesome!

Service was ok, the issue I ran into was the bartender wasn’t able to craft me a drink that wasn’t on the menu. However the hollaback girl is perfect for those who like fruity and sweet drinks. Also, if you want something sweet the brownie is really good.

These lower views make no sense to me at all. Everything here is so well thought out. The drinks are fabulous, the service is amazing and the pianist is fantastic. The interior is to die for. This is such a wonderful expierence here in Kansas City and I know the people who own this place put their heart and soul into it. This place is awesome! As a bartender myself I really appreciate all the details and thought put into all of this. I will definitely be coming back!

Simply incredible. Drinks are inventive & well-balanced and delicious. Food is just as creative and tasty. Bring friends so you can try more of the drinks! Also, the bartenders are nice, helpful & fun, and the love piano music made for the best ambience✨
