Just came here for the second time and after having an excellent experience last time, this visit fell completely flat. The bisque was thick like pudding. The goat cheese was still great, the sides served with my steak were very good. The steak however was completely overcooked on the half of it that I didn’t eat and left on the table in the to go container. The flavor was on point, but there’s nothing worse than a filet that is tough and chewy. The side room we were seated in felt like we had a full power spot light on the table and it wasn’t fun being seated in that room. Service seemed slow and inattentive this time around versus last time when it seemed that everyone was on point and we never had to as for a thing. This visit was a stark contrast from just two months ago. For $215 and just the two of us, we talked about it today and we both agree that things have slipped and it’ll be a while before someone convinces us to return.

My first time dining here was Saturday February 1st . I am a vegan/vegetarian and when friends said we were dining at silo I was skeptical they would have anything I could eat other than what most upscale meat, farm to table usally have, which is normally a pasta dish. I was more than surprised when the tofu entrée they offer was one of the best things I have ever tasted !! Truly delicious and well prepared. A huge thank you to the chef and kitchen staff !! All my friends loved their streaks, fried chicken etc entrée s as well . Our server was incredible. Don't be afraid to take your vegan / vegetarian friends with you to this incredible restaurant. I will definitely be back !!

Absolutely top notch service, comparable to 801 Chophouse and other upscale restaurants across the Metro.
The meal itself was delicious and was surprisingly well priced, especially considering the excellent presentation and quality of food.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back again!

Definitely will be going back. Wanted to love this place... it is very good and the food and service are good, too... but there is just a little bit missing on the execution... I feel it is on the kitchen side of the team, because the service side was exceptional.

My wife and I went here for a belated Valentine's dinner. Service was great, we loved the ambiance, and the food was all excellent. Our server recommended the goat cheese platter and we both loved it. Definitely somewhere we'll be back to!

Friend made a reservation as this place is very busy during the weekends

Food ranged 15-30$ ish I believe from my memory.

The burger was 19$ - the patty was made of rib? It was so soft tender juicy and full of flavor!!!! Best burger I’ve had
Was sad that fries were in small amount… but after the meal I realized my belly was going to burst.

Wife had the sweet potato fettuccine which she loved

Friends had the other two dishes that I don’t remember the name. They said the food was good 👍 but maybe not as hyped as me by my juicy tender melting burger/ sandwich

It is pricey but I liked my burger
10/10 would bring date for food and the view

Very nice and modern place with indoor and outdoor seating where you've got a nice view over the Golf course.
Place was really busy and we didn't have a reservation but got a spot on the Patio ruft away.
Food is very tasty.
Got myself the Pork Shoulder which was delicious.
Had to try the 32 layer chocolate Cake and oh boy that one is massive but really tasty.
A friend that was there with me also took a couple bites and wet together only managed a quarter of it.
Good thing i got a takeaway box for it so i can enjoy the rest of it at home.
Also had a very nice waitress at our table!

What an experience and great food! Farm to table you can never go wrong. Everyone was so nice and knew what they were talking about if you had questions about the menu. Shrimp and grits will melt in your mouth. Just amazingly delicious!!
