Avi was AMAZING! She did a phenomenal job on my nails and pedicure! I love Asia! She was fun. Chaz gave me a FABULOUS massage! I loved the ladies at the front desk. They are exceptional!!! The whole place is wonderful and I highly recommend them!!!

Chaz and Kelly guided us through a whole spa afternoon absolutely full of wonderful treatments! The whole staff was exceptionally accommodating and courteous, and the facility is beautiful! We will absolutely be back.

Stopped in for a couples massage. Alex Willis was amazing! He worked out all the knots and tension in my back/neck and I have never felt more relaxed. We will definitely be going back soon. Great price and lovely atmosphere.

I had the GlowNFlow from Chaz. He was amazing!! He made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time and gave the best massage! Alyssa gave me my facial…again amazing! My face is glowing. I highly recommend Spa on Penn

Came here for a massage and it was LOVELY. My masseuse was Rachel and I cannot say enough how amazing she was. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was very attentive and created a calm and soothing environment for my massage. She added the right amount of pressure per my preference and made me feel at ease throughout.

This place is amazing, the artwork, decor, and the building alone are worth booking here! I did the hyrotub and steam sauna which was so relaxing. I’m going to book a facial here and massage next time, can’t wait to spend more time in this beautiful spa!!

Absolutely loved this Spa from the moment I called to book an appointment, last minute might I add, Adrian was an absolute doll, will local recommendations for places to eat as it was my 1st time in Kansas City, was greeted the day of service with a friendly smile, the steam room was amazing and my massage by Jeff was hands down the best I’ve had, I will definitely be driving from Memphis MO to KC to get another until my travel nurse contract is up

Today, when I arrived I was told I wasn't scheduled. I am not the type to wake up at 8 am on a Saturday morning unless scheduled to do so. The commute time is crazy so being told I wasn't scheduled fueled my irritation. I was asked to wait an hour to be seen-absolutely not! I had an appointment last month and was impressed with my masseur so I decided to book again before leaving. While the massage was great last time the customer service sucked. But thinking back, I should have known better. The service area smelled like the devil's lettuce.

My husband booked me a prenatal massage with Sara and it was so relaxing. She really paid attention to where I was experiencing discomfort and focused on those areas as well as budgeting time to make sure other areas were still checked out. Not only was Sara the best, but the whole team there was really accommodating and friendly. I will definitely come back when I need another service!

I had a horrible experience with Spa on Penn. I was calling from overseas and wanted to book a massage for a friend. The connection was poor which caused both the rep and myself to be frustrated by the need to repeat things multiple times.

However, the spa rep internalized the frustration, personalized it, became testy then began telling me I needed to be patient with her and I needed to lose my attitude. She then abruptly hung up on me. Isn’t it funny how those who stridently tell others they have an attitude are, in fact, most often the ones with the attitude? At that point in the conversation, I had repeated my billing zip code for the fifth time and the town name for the sixth time. I can't imagine being more patient than that. The rep didn't even comprehend my usage of the internationally recognized phonetic alphabet

Fortunately, the other spa in town was quite accommodating, patient and understanding. They were happy to take business from Spa on Penn.

Jeff (massages), Michelle (facial) and Steve (hydrotherapy and all around the best), wow! Thank you for making a girl feel like a queen for the day. They all were so kind and friendly for my services.
My husband and I have come and done couples massages and it’s always a day of bliss with them. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness, I had the best experience here on 12/12 my massage was amazing with Jared, and my facial with Sharleen left my skin feeling so soft and rejuvenated! I definitely will be coming back to see the both of them!!
