The goal of Splitlog Coffee Company, which is based in the Strawberry Hill neighborhood, is to simplify amazing coffee experiences. Your morning coffee experience couldn't be more enjoyable with plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating, a warm, inviting ambiance, and a helpful staff, not to mention a drive-through. Adam and Caleb Wittmer, brothers, started Splitlog Coffee in early 2017 with the goal of bringing Kansas City's renowned coffee scene to the Kansas side of the state line. Simeon Bricker, a seasoned coffee expert, was hired by them when they decided to take on the project themselves to assist create a coffee experience for both coffee enthusiasts and daily consumers. The store began operations in April 2017 and rapidly established itself as a mainstay of the Strawberry Hill community.
