Charles was very helpful throughout the entire planning process. We no longer live in Kansas City, but are KC natives, so we couldn't see the venue in person. He was flexible in offering video tours of the space for us while we were making a decision.

Once we made a decision to go with Simpson House, all the steps, forms, dates etc. we needed to complete and be aware of were extremely clear and easy to execute. The level of organization made the typical stress of baby shower planning a lot more simple as we knew exactly what and how we needed to do things.

The venue also provides all tables, chairs and tablecloths. This was such a big relief not having to worry about ordering these on our own. You are expected to setup/break down the tables/chairs yourself, but with a group of family and friends it really doesn't take too long to do so.

The space itself was just perfect. We loved the original characteristics of the home - everything is just so well maintained. Having our shower at this venue really elevated the look and feel of our event.

Every room was unique and flooded in natural light - it was truly such a beautiful, unique venue that I won't forget. I need to find more reasons to book this space :)
