Came here for my GF and I's 1 year anniversary. Amazing staff, amazing food, and a great time (our server even gave us a free dessert for our anniversary).
Came back for our 4 year anniversary, our bay server was absolutely horrible! Literally 0 customer service skills, was constantly interrupting us very awkwardly, wouldn't let us eat, and felt like we were being rushed at 6pm on a Thursday! We were planning on staying all night and ended up leaving after our first session. The food was great, but she just ruined the vibe.
I've never actually had a bad time at top golf until this experience. Hoping it's just a fluke

It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great....I really didn't like how the waitress was harassing me every couple minutes...stopping me to ask if I'd like to buy a drink, stopping me to ask if I'd like to pay for more time, stopping me to ask if I'll pay and stopping me to tell me that I have 4 minutes left. Honestly felt robbed because of how many times I had to stop during my paid play time...it's a shame because it looks like a pretty nice place... but whoever made my Moscow mule in the bar, had no idea what they were doing.....NASTY I couldn't even drink it

Stopped at this location for a travel break. Service was bad, our food never game. Finally asked them to pack food in to go boxes because time was running out. Still did not get our food until 5 minutes after our play time.

I usually come to topgolf to enjoy my day, but this time I did not. It started off well, only had about a 20 minute wait time before we got to the golf stations. We ordered food as soon as we sat down, after playing golf for the hour of playtime, we had still not received our food. After speaking with a manager, we were brought inside to eat after waiting for even longer. Once we got inside, already hungry, we come to see some of the orders were put in wrong and others just didn’t look good. The sour cream was dried up heavily, we had went inside immediately once they said the food was ready, there is no way sour cream can dry up to the point it did. No one in my party was given and compensation or anything to make up for the terrible experience we had today, It will definitely take some time before I even consider coming back. Not happy at all.

Unfortunately our sour cream was indeed not sour cream. If it was it was old and while we waited over an hour for our food we were not met with a compensate to make up for the wait or food. We had a good time golfing even though we had to stay past our time just to eat our food.

We waited over an hour for our food, and our sour cream is hard and looks weird not even edible i don’t recommend coming here unless you want dried up sour cream im very disappointed i hope my next experience is better

When we first arrived there was a problem which didnt allow us to play for 20 or so minutes. Service manager was very helpful in resolving the problem and was even kind enough to give us some free playtime.

Great place, we had the dip, nachos, and some beers. Went during the half-off on Tuesday for a few hours.
Only reason for a 4/5 for food was because we literally had 1 item.

Topgolf claims to be “all-weather”- to be clear this means they have heaters, not AC in the bays. There are not cooling mechanisms for the hot summer months. Imagine the surprise when you book this as a way to entertain out of town guests during a 100+ degree heat wave. It was miserable. I will give kudos to our server who kept bringing us ice water but this place is misleading that it is appropriate to use in all seasons.

We made a reservation for 6:45 and were confirmed. We got there on time but there was no hostess at the door so we waited. About 10 minutes later another party came in for 4 with just 2 of them there, the hostess showed up and sat them first. Not a huge deal, perhaps they were still getting a table ready for our party of 2 but it would of been nice to know that instead of being ignored 🙁

Got to the table and it's a nice ambiance for a romantic night out but the bread was just plain white bread that you can get anywhere and didn't taste fresh at all, no special spread for the bread- just butter. Then the salad was alright, nothing amazing. The red sauce with the meatball appetizer was especially sweet, but edible.

The main courses were very bland for both of us- the alfredo tasted like it came from a jar and the chicken I added to my fettuccine was a very odd texture (so soft and flakey which is not how I expect chicken to taste at all, more like tuna texture without the tuna flavor).

For the price we spent, I was expecting a lot more impressive, flavorful food. I would not come back here again. 😒

Golf isn't my thing. Topgolf is. This place fills you with awe - check the pics! After Topgolf, I am tempted to give golf another go. Talk about an experience! Darts meets bowling meets golf. We spent more time laughing at each other's inability to properly swing a club than anything else. Prices range from $27/hr to $47/hr depending on the time you visit. Bottom line - enjoy your time at the Topgolf experience before or after dinner for a 5 star experience.

Veggie burger looked and tasted amazing, tots were perfect. Cheese dip too spicy and the buffalo chicken dip not spicy at all - both against expectations. BBQ beef was great. Chicken tenders dry. Fruit perfect. Chocolate chip cookies extraordinary. And kettle cooked chips to top it all off.

Took a group of 40 here for about 2 hours and enjoyed a catered lunch all for around $2000. I was a little disappointed in the catering portion as only 15 huge, delicious chocolate chip cookies were set out and no more were given for our party of 40. I'd recommend decreasing the size so more people can enjoy dessert or providing more cookies period. We ate through the BBQ beef, fruit tray, cookies, and one pan of chicken tenders. Portions for our party needed a bit more. They did provide more chicken tenders but those were dry. Tableware wasn't set out for people either. The venue gets a 5/5, the catering gets a 3/5. Service was pretty good. In the 2 hours there, we were asked about refills twice.
