What makes it fun

Wine Bunker invites guests to learn about wineries from all over the world. Our visitors are encouraged to partake in one-of-a-kind wine flights carefully curated by Bunker Commander, Travis Wallace. You can also order wines by the glass, enjoy a bottle while listening to your favorite vinyl in the unassuming and cozy wine lounge, or take a bottle or a few bottles home with you to pair with your next meal or dinner party. This wonderful, local wine bar has over 200 wines and an ever-changing selection, so there will always be a new, delicious wine waiting for you.

My husband and I stopped in for a mini date night, and Wine Bunker exceeded our expectations! Friendly, knowledgeable owners, generous pours, & spread of food was delicious (snacks are not an afterthought here like some wine bars!) I love the detailed insights on the menu and in the description Travis gave us about our flights. Very comfortable living room style tasting environment. Love the featuring of artwork displayed for sale. Will have to return for live music and patio!

I love this place. My wife and I visited once and I immediately loved the atmosphere, the service, and love a good wine flight. They have an impressive amount of international wine and I recall having a Japanese wine that time.

I was very excited to bring my parents here as they fancy themselves wine connoisseurs. They had a great time and loved talking wine with me and the friendly staff. The staff was great with answering our questions and providing recommendations. The atmosphere is very comfortable and includes lounge-style seating.

This place is a must-visit for wine lovers.

Great place to have some wine and snacks. The owners have a great knowledge of different wines and have a great selection on the menu. Grab a single or a flight, there are several options.

We met our daughter and her guy here for some casual conversation before dinner, and shared a wine board while sampling various wine flights. The flight of 3 glasses ranged in price from $26-$42, and the pours were fair! We started inside in a cozy corner, but decided to move outdoors to their patio by the fire. It was a perfect experience. The large wine board serves 4-5 (or 6 or 7, depending on how snackish you are!) and I believe was $26. We managed to polish off the entire board, and everything was delicious. I was thankful for the server who described not only each wine, but also the various items on the board. If we're in this area again, we would definitely go back!

Perfect place for a date night, a meet up with a friend,or even just to have a glass(or flight) alone. Kathy and Travis the commander are amazing and Anna is great for helping you pick out a delicious glass of wine. They have wines that you most likely have never heard of ,but also have many that you may recognize. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My husband and I visit often

A true gem for the Kansas City area!
The ever changing wine list here is the best in the metro for wine bars.
The entire staff is knowledgeable on the wines they serve and are very helpful regardless of your wine experience.
The food quality and selection is better than most wine bars with some hidden gems like the balsamic grapes and the baked blue cheese.
We’ve introduced 5-6 other people since our first visit and they are always impressed.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
