What makes it fun

Our passion, at Ashleigh's Bake Shop, is pie. We take pleasure in our pies and bake them fresh every morning in order to provide you with the freshest product available. In our pies, we employ a handmade all-butter crust and only the highest quality ingredients. Fresh whipped cream, fresh fruits, hand-peeled apples, freshly squeezed lemons and limes, cane sugar, fresh cracked eggs, real vanilla, and real butter are all part of the deal. There will be no shortening or fat. What about our quiches? They're really addictive. You can't just have one slice! Not a fan of pies? Check out our salted caramel sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and pecan bars! They're just as delicious!

Absolutely the best pies I've ever tasted in Kansas City!!! I've been spoiled and now a hyvee pie is..well.. kind of sad.

ok this is my go to place for bakery eats but even as a loyal customer one thing you should know ( this place has a LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN YOU ASK WHAT WELL HER CRAB PIES WILL MAKE YOU EAT YOUR HAND OFF AND HER QUICHE AND OTHER PIES WILL MAKE YOU LICK YOUR LIPS OFF LOL LAWSUIT LOL ) I CAN NOT WAIT TO PICK MY ORDER UP THIS SATURDAY AND NEXT SATURDAY !!!! Best key lime pie! Stopped in while shopping for a very generous piece of pie (I had key lime; my husband had the raspberry rhubarb). Both were delicious. Wish we lived in KC as we would definitely be here more often!

I received a key lime pie for my birthday and I must say that was the most delicious key lime pie. Every bite was wonderful. I will definitely try other pies from Ashleigh’s Bakeshop.

We got the last whole pie the day before Easter. No surprise they sold out, absolutely delicious. Perfectly flakey crust and filling had great flavor. We will return for sure!

Every year for our anniversary we get a cherry pie like we had on our wedding day. It took us awhile but we found one just as good as that wonderful day.

I've had several pies from Ashleigh's Bake Shop and they've all been fantastic. The peach pie I got from them a while back was without a doubt the best pie I've ever bought and one of the best I've ever tasted.

Absolutely amazing. So easy to place an order, most delightful people, and the pies are divine. A little advice for finding the Bakeshop. You go into the store above, across to the otherwise of the store, down the stairs and then cross to the otherwise. It tucked away in the basement and wasn't easy to find, but it is worth the search!!
