My wife and I had our wedding here in October 2026. We booked right before Avent had been taken over by the new ownership group and all the changes they've made were for the better. They've invested a ton in upgrades to Avent, remodeling almost all of Chateau Avalon and the d'Nile Bar. Everything looks great! As for the staff, our venue coordinators Karly, Olyvia, and Liza were all very easy to work with and were able to answer all of our questions. The new owner, Blake, was also very accommodating in helping us work through the ownership change. I highly recommend going through Avent for your wedding!

We had the most magical wedding at Avent Orangery! The venue is absolutely beautiful, bright, and incredibly clean. When we arrived for rehearsal, the tables and chairs were already set up, and everything was ready for us to. Our original plan was to have the ceremony outside, but it rained. The Avent team handled the pivot beautifully. We ended up with Oscar-style seating, and it honestly turned out amazing. Olyvia, our event manager, was AMAZING. She was punctual, communicative, thoughtful, and made us feel like everything was under control. We did have communication problems early in the planning process with our original event manager, but Haven Properties went above and beyond to make things right, and once we were paired with Olyvia, our experience completely changed. The bridal and groom suites were clean, comfortable, and perfect for getting ready. The bartender was also fantastic, fast, understanding, and kept the bar moving without long lines. Avent clearly knows weddings. They were prepared for things to change, had a plan when they did, and helped make our day feel effortless. We would absolutely choose Avent Orangery again. ❤️

The venue itself is absolutely incredible, and I want to give credit where it’s due. There are so many beautiful and unique spaces throughout the property — the hotel, fountain, outdoor amphitheater, glass greenhouse, patio, and both the bridal and groom suites. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, it is a fantastic wedding venue. Unfortunately, the service and communication did not come close to matching the quality or price of the venue. Throughout the planning process, it was incredibly difficult to get timely responses or any response at all. Our experience was that communication was great before booking, but once the contract was signed, getting a response became much more difficult. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, couples should not also have to constantly stay on top of their venue just to receive answers. There were also several instances where we were verbally told one thing during meetings and later received conflicting information. It feels like the staff themselves were not familiar with their own contract/policies. If you are considering booking here, I would strongly recommend asking a lot of detailed questions while reviewing the contract and getting every answer in writing. Overall: incredible venue, terrible communication and service. Unfortunately, based on our planning experience, I would have a difficult time recommending the Avent without some serious reservations.

Would not recommend for a couple of reasons. While the glass looks great, that’s where the good part ends. Not very much room. Tables had to be rearranged when we arrived as some were put so close together there was literally no way people could have sat there. It’s glass, so inherently hot and the AC could not keep up. They just installed some blinds, but that didn’t help enough. We had guests leave early due to how how warm it was. The kicker was when the DJ called last call 5 minutes before bar service was paid to end and guests were turned away. When I confronted the bartenders I showed them the time on my phone and she said she was going off her watch. When I showed her my phone, she changed her story going off the time on her phone. Not a huge deal, but do what you are paid to do. Probably mentioned in other reviews, but no real restrooms. They have a fancy potable toilet trailer, which was locked before the event ended.

We are just now leaving a wedding at this venue. We were freezing or we could have stayed longer. They had no heat for the patio so the wedding party have to bring heaters. No bathroom inside. If they're going to have events when the weather is cold they'd better upgrade that facility. It was awful.

Our reception was amazing and we cannot thank the people at the Avent enough! The venue was absolutely breathtaking and the people working the event were really kind to everyone involved! The day before it had snowed, and by the day of the wedding, there was snow on the trees making everything perfect for pictures! We had multiple people afterwards tell us that it was the best wedding/reception they had ever been too, and it will definitely be a day we will never forget! Thank you Avent!

I arrived early for a family member’s wedding reception at this venue. Even though I was the only guest to have arrived, I found the staff friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by the attention to detail I witnessed during their final preparations. Even to the table settings and how far each chair was to be spaced from the edge of the table. Classy!

AVent was the perfect venue for our wedding last weekend! It was cold outside, but the venue stayed heated comfortably for our guests. Our sunset cocktail hour was just what I imagine and the chandeliers were lit beautifully! Nadia with the venue was so communicative, helpful abs friendly. She really went above and beyond to provide great service! Would highly recommend this venue!

This venue was dreamy for a fall wedding. The ceremony area is small and intimate and the reception area is comfortably spacious with clear organization for all of the events of the wedding reception. There is a clear flow to the setup- gift table, bar, buffet line, dessert corner, and dance floor. During the ceremony, the groom was blinded by the sun as he watched the bride descend the stairs to the front. The wedding was on October 9 at 4pm (stating in case you're considering getting married there and don't want to be blinded). I think the sun wouldn't have been a problem if the wedding was an hour earlier. There's a beautiful, gigantic waterfall on site. The bathrooms were in a trailer. When we were there, the bathrooms were unavailable and we had to access the hotel on site to use the restroom. Kind of inconvenient and a long walk when there's an open bar and you need quick access. 😉 My favorite detail is the setup of the ceremony location. The rows of seats descend toward the front facing a landscape of trees with beautiful fall colors. I hope to return. *Didn't take any photos out of respect for the professional photographer.

Avent Orangery was a spectacular facility for hosting my daughter's wedding. The center, amphitheater, fountain and grounds are great atmospheres to gather, eat, drink and enjoy the event. Thanks to Steve and his team for exceptional service with friendly staff. The Avent is a must for any event.

Beautiful place for a wedding and a reception (In my case our wedding was at a Catholic church, our cocktail hour and reception was held here) They do have an option for ceremony and reception flip option available. My wife and I got married during the summer and we were blessed with a good upper 70s weather that weekend, the venue is a bit of an indoor and outdoor space which was also why we choose this venue and also because it has a fantastic hotel in its premises (Chateau Avalon), our families and some from our wedding party stayed here during our wedding weekend. The venue director/team was easy to work with and their list of preferred vendors are amazing, they have vendors for multiple price points to accommodate various budgets. Closer to the date of our wedding i.e. the 30 day prior event meeting we realized that we got a lot of perks since they changed the contract and basically got a sweeter deal. They actually helped us get rentals for the venue as well since we wanted additional tables, linens and chargers. As far as logistics goes they also have a new parking lot constructed that helped with accommodating our 165+ wedding guests. Long story short we loved the space and would highly recommend it to our friends. Venue: Beautiful and picturesque. Location: Isolated to throw an awesome party yet near major highways and airport (about 20 minutes). Staff: Professional, efficient and easygoing. Preferred Vendors List: Extensive and accommodates a variety of budgets.
