Booked here without knowing the history 😱. It was all good, no sightings for me! The room was beautiful and the location perfect. My only complaint is that it was hot sleeping at night and lots of light from the hallway comes into the room. Otherwise, very comfortable and quiet with better water pressure than my house!! Wine was also fantastic and it was fun to hear the bartender's stories.

We hosted a bridal shower in the ice cream parlor room at the Belvoir Winery. We had an excellent experience with the use of the facility, with Madison, the room event coordinator, and the service the day of our event. The Belvoir champagne we used for our mimosa bar was exquisite. The natural light in the ice cream parlor room added so much beauty to our ‘something blue bridal shower’.Thanks for helping make our special day absolutely perfect.

I had an incredible stay here. One of the most comfortable places I’ve been in. On top of that, the owners were amazing and the wine was top tier. If I’m going to a Chief’s game or just hanging around Kansas City or Liberty, I’m looking to book here first. The location is also very convenient for exploring the area and being close enough to town and interstate access. Amazing place overall.

I am so happy that I booked our Grad Party at the Belvoir. Madison made sure that everything was in place and had every possible detail covered that we needed. She is absolutely amazing to work with and she had so many wonderful ideas to help make the party truly special for my daughter. She went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely host another event with her at the winery again. A huge shout out to Ashley as well for keeping our ice stocked and for being the best bartender for our guests. You ladies are absolutely fabulous and I appreciate everything you did to make this event truly special for my daughter.

I was here for a week while in the area for business, and it was lovely. So much history, and the rooms were very spacious. It looks a bit ominous from the outside, and apparently it's haunted, but in my week there I encountered no unusual activity. What I did encounter though was truly pleasant folks while sipping on their dessert wine, called "Boo's." The kind company alone made the stay worthwhile. Should work take me back to Kansas City, I'll be staying here again.

We really prefer this kind of stay to a crowded, high star hotel. The rooms are quite large, the ambience is amazing, the management is always friendly. These are good sized rooms with separate areas. The rooms are very clean. It's a bit antique in some places if that's not your thing. Maybe I should say vintage. It was about 20 minutes from where we were headed. Hope to return soon.

Lovely new place with a beautiful vibe and good food. We were a little put off with being told we had an hour and a half then would need to move to bar if necessary. It was not particularly busy. Cocktail was great. Smoke Fish Dip could use more baguette slices and I would suggest slightly toasting them. Disappointed they were out of Gravlax. Winter Slaw is plentiful. The broccoli was tasty. Lamb ravioli was the special this evening and they were very delightful. I would suggest serving with a spoon to scoop up all that goodness of the sauce maybe even some thin slices of toasted baguette. Menu is a little bit limited but hope they eventually expand it.

My husband and I recently had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful winery. It was a thunderstorm when we arrived, which made for a Hollywood worthy spooky scene. The wine was great. The hotel was breathtaking. The history pulses in the air and seeps through the floor boards. We booked the paranormal investigation, which was great and a wonderful way to tour all the other buildings. By far the most activity was in our room. Footsteps around my bed, in the closed door bathroom, as well as in the hallway when no one(living)was around. If you love history this place is for you. If you love wine, this place is for you. If you love the paranormal, stay here. If you don’t believe in the paranormal, stay here and you’ll change your mind. This was the most educational, unique, and exhilarating weekend stay. I cannot urge you enough to visit.

My continuous advice… sit at the bar. I had amazing cocktails and great conversation with my bartender. The food looked amazing, however I will have to come back to eat.Limited seating areas, but great atmosphere. I loved the bird glassware. Pricing was worth innovative cocktail recipes.

Can't wait to go back! This place is loaded with history and you can feel it when you're just walking the grounds. We attended a charity fundraiser and the staff was amazing, someone also came around to encourage us to walk the grounds and cemetery and get a feel of the place (of course while being safe). The food went beyond what I expected and I am excited to see what the murder mystery dinner has on store!
