What makes it fun

Richard and Theresa spent their teenage years working hard and developing a passion for the restaurant business at their family's restaurant, the Dragon Inn. The two young entrepreneurs created the Bo Lings concept in 1981 with a powerful desire to serve the highest quality Chinese cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere. Thanks to a combination of hard work and authentic dishes made with the highest quality ingredients available, the business grew steadily and beyond expectations. The Ng family continues the long-standing family tradition by committing to offering an exciting, updated menu as well as their signature flavors. They still treat guests like family and continue to give back to the community.

This location has to be either closed for business OR sold to the people/managers who actually care about your customers and restaurant quality.

Highlights of our family lunch at this empty restaurant on Tuesday:
- Hot tea per person will cost You almost $10 per person (almost $40 total) and the server did not inform us that is the case prior to ordering
- Rice had a hard top layer and wet inside; Did you use frozen rice with microwave to prepare it?!
- Server did not write the order and 3 / 10 dishes were not delivered but they demanded to pay for it at the end.
- 1h waiting for the first meal to come out of the kitchen
- Most of the meals were cold when served to us
- Dim Sum was not refreshed and it seems a microwaved from frozen technique was used used to prepare it.

It felt like it was some kind of bad joke on my family; which cost us over $140 for meals which almost are not even edible - Good Luck to your business model!

Best dimsum in KC. They also have good peking duck! Come here at 11 or you have to wait in line! Love their steamed dimsum!

Pros:
chicken wonton soup is delicious 😋
Curry is delicious perfect amount of spice and flavor
Fried rice was also very good

Cons: guy up front didn't seem very happy or want to be very helpful
Was told the curry was potatoes carrots green beans and chicken and it was not.

It was chicken green beans carrot cabbage and mushrooms. (I'm allergic to mushrooms so was pretty disappointed but picked them out)

Over all the food was delicious!

First time here and it was great. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. Lots to choose from on the menu. The hot and sour soup was amazing. The generals chicken was great i liked that it came with a-lot of sauce and lo main was great as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Great dim sum! The cucumber salad is a must! It was very refreshing and flavorful. The price was average. So not crazy expensive for a dish. They had other food menus too so lots of varieties to choose from. Not cart style which I prefer. As a matter of fact lots of places are turning to off the menu orders. (Not sure if it’s because the environment we’re in now a days) They were pretty fast bringing out the food items though. I’d definitely go back.
