Richard and Theresa spent their teenage years working hard and developing a passion for the restaurant business at their family's restaurant, the Dragon Inn. The two young entrepreneurs created the Bo Lings concept in 1981 with a powerful desire to serve the highest quality Chinese cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere. Thanks to a combination of hard work and authentic dishes made with the highest quality ingredients available, the business grew steadily and beyond expectations. The Ng family continues the long-standing family tradition by committing to offering an exciting, updated menu as well as their signature flavors. They still treat guests like family and continue to give back to the community.
