Boulevard Brewery is a fantastic spot with great beer and surprisingly solid food, and it’s a place I always make a point to visit whenever I’m in Kansas City. It’s one of those spots that really lives up to the hype and feels like a true KC staple. The space itself is huge, with plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re hanging inside or enjoying the outdoor areas. It never feels cramped, even when it’s busy, which is a big plus.
The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and service is quick without feeling rushed. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the beer and the overall experience. The food was better than expected and makes it easy to stay for a few hours instead of just grabbing a drink and leaving. It’s also a great spot to come with friends or on a casual date- there’s even a photo booth, which adds a fun and unexpected touch.
The outdoor area is one of the highlights. It overlooks the city skyline and is an awesome place to hang out, especially on a nice day. They also have a few board games available, which adds to the laid-back, social vibe. There aren’t TVs everywhere, but honestly that makes it better—it’s more about conversation, hanging out, and enjoying the people you’re with.
Overall, Boulevard Brewery is a must-visit in Kansas City. Great beer, good food, a fun atmosphere, and a space you actually want to spend time in. I’d definitely recommend it and will absolutely keep coming back.
