Casual Animal Brewing Company represents a small batch, fresh as hell, and local approach. We prioritize quality over quantity, as well as community involvement over self-interest. Every pint of Local Motive beer sold directly benefits the non-profit organization chosen. Casual Animal allows regulars to help select the 6 non-profits which will benefit from the purchase of the Local Motive beer. The Local Motive beer changes every two months.

The vibe here is great. Just chill vibes with plants, darts, board games, and great beer. Staff are super friendly. Good variety of beers...ipas, ales, stouts, and even ciders.

We stopped in to watch a Chiefs game while visiting family, as they recommended it. The first impression was how open it felt, even though it was busy. We chose to sit in the corner where we had a large table and a couple of couches. The place was immaculate, with plenty of plants and a huge screen for watching the game. The best part is you can bring in your own food or have it delivered. This place would be great for a work function or holiday party.

Five stars, without question. We held a Private Event at Casual Animal, corporate style with a presentation, in the Original Taproom. The owner Lara was great in securing the space for us with a modest reservation fee, and her and her colleague Kyle were responsive with questions with microphones, putting our presentation on the TVs, and bringing in our third party catering. They even helped us with Casual Animal custom beer experience for our group and we got to enjoy the area with games. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun corporate event.

Casual Animal is a really chill bar with friendly staff and great ambiance. I love the decor and the plants everywhere. This is a great place to meet with a group of friends.

Damn good brews. I was loving the Hazy IPA.
The service was friendly and the owner is awesome. What a fantastic place! The whole spot is warm and inviting. It's like a huge living room with all the different seating options. I'll definitely be back.

We have been here two times and it has a great kicked back..laid back vibe about the place. There are no tvs..this is a place where you bring a friend or a group of friends and talk, enjoy each other's company. You can play darts, shuffleboard or board games but for me, it is all about relaxing and enjoying some really good beers. There were for of us and we all tried beer flights and we liked every single one. Chaos Monkey might be my favorite.

LOVE THIS PLACE. So cozy and cute inside with lots of plants, string lights and lounging. The people are awesome and beer is great! They have board games you can play with friends and are dog friendly.
Can’t wait to come back!

Limited range, with predominantly fruited sour options. Chill/indie vibe is different than most other breweries in the Alley. The lack of beer, addition of other liquors/cocktails, and lack of snacks made it seem more like a bar than brewery. Not bad, but not exciting.
