We had a fantastic dining experience at Cooper’s Hawk. From appetizers to dessert, everything was well-executed and full of flavor. We started with the House-Made Meatballs and the Thai Lettuce Wraps. The meatballs were rich and tender, served in a hearty sauce that made them a great opener. The Thai Lettuce Wraps were light, flavorful, and offered a nice balance of sweetness and spice. For entrées, we had a great variety. The Ellie’s Chicken Piccata was bright and zesty with a lovely lemon-caper sauce and perfectly cooked chicken. The Prime Churrasco Steak was a standout—tender, juicy, and packed with bold flavor, paired with chimichurri that added a fresh kick. The Parmesan-Crusted Chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired nicely with the mashed potatoes and sauce. We wrapped things up with a slice of chocolate cake, which was rich, decadent, and perfect for sharing—though you’ll definitely want it all to yourself! The service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance felt relaxed yet upscale, making it a great spot for a date night, family dinner, or special occasion. We'll definitely be back! The only ding I'd give them, is we had a reservation, and still had to wait 10 minutes for the table.

We have been long time members of Cooper's Hawk. Always enjoy the food and service. Today our waiter, Tyrone, was exceptionally good! Great service, friendly and professional. Tyrone recommended a wine for us and it was great!!

Usually very busy during weekends but have to go for a wine tasting during the weekends days. This is one of my favorite places to go when going out to eat. I’ve been a wine member for 6 years and will continue because the wine and food are amazing. Get the trio medallions you won’t regret it.

After walking around shopping stopped here to grab a bite to eat. Staff friendly and food is good. Service was good, I ordered a beef dip and my wife had a salad, both items came out at the same time so we could eat together, we have been to places where dishes are not timed to come out together, not at this establishment. Would recommend especially if you like wine with your food, lots or selections. Got some steps to walk up so not for those with mobility issues unless there is a lift somewhere I didn’t notice.

Phenomenal. The bruschetta is something I’ll be ordering every time we come. I also loved the chicken piccata. I almost ordered something else but was so glad I went with that. It was absolutely outstanding. I’ll also be ordering the chocolate torte again. That is one of my favorite desserts and they did it well. This just might be my favorite restaurant now. I can’t wait until they open their Lee’s Summit location! We just might end up being regulars.
