Editing review: This place is good. Good service... the ribeye was cooked to medium, how we ordered it, but very fatty. Half was inedible. Served knew my wife didn’t prefer dairy but two dishes (dairy free dishes) were covered in parm. The lemon dessert was good. 3% cc processing fee left a bad taste in my mouth after a good meal. I will cook at home next time.

Very unaccommodating hostess. Couldn’t add one to our party of 6. Went to Farina and had a much better experience. Don’t waste your time and money at this place

The vibe, atmosphere, and service were amazing, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food due to its excessive saltiness. We ordered the focaccia ,BACALA FRITTO, and ADANCINO MILANESE and found them to be just okay. However, we absolutely loved the lamb pasta(SPAGHETTINI).The saltiness of the dishes was so overwhelming that it felt like drinking ocean water.

First time visiting. Waiter recommended some great plates. Had a fantastic experience. The food was well prepared and presented. From the appetizers to the main course everything had a refreshing taste. The chicken was spectacular and the steak was also great. Would 9/10 recommend.

Incredible dining experience with fantastic, hospitable staff. Lazia’s modern take on Italian classics is exquisite. Flavors were well balanced I left feeling satisfied even with the smaller portions than one would expect at an Italian restaurant. If you attend with a party I highly recommend ordering the hand pulled mozzarella it is both freshly delicious and spectacle to see done table-side.

Was there for dinner on Easter Sunday celebrating by birthday. One of the top meals I’ve had in KC. Not only was the food amazing but the atmosphere makes it a whole experience. The server easily answered our questions and the cocktails were delicious. I hope I get to eat here again.

Such a great experience. The morning before our dinner reservation, I asked them for a favor to keep a large flower arrangement for my dinner guest's birthday. They were so wonderful and accommodating. At dinner I didn't have to track them down, the flowers were already prepared on our table. The food was incredible and the atmosphere and service felt effortless and luxurious. The amaro offered at the beginning of dinner was unique, and the cocktails we ordered were interesting and balanced. I loved everything about the experience, I can't wait to go back.
