Ella and Jacob Loose brilliantly constructed the Loose Mansion in 1907 to host Kansas City's most magnificent occasions. Today, the most beautiful evenings are still held in this totally renovated mansion with a rich past. We are considerably more than a typical venue. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue than Loose Mansion. The team delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish, handling every detail with care, professionalism, and intention.

The venue itself is absolutely exquisite, but what truly sets Loose apart is the level of service. The staff operated with grace under pressure, ensuring everything ran seamlessly while making us feel genuinely supported and valued throughout the day. The food was outstanding, and the full-service offerings made the entire process feel effortless.

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how incredible the experience felt. We are so grateful we chose Loose Mansion. It was, without question, one of the best decisions we made.

We had our wedding here in April of 2026 and choosing Loose was probably the best decision we could ever have made. They took care of so much of the planning, decor, food, etc and made our lives so much easier. The staff are top notch and so so nice and helpful. The venue itself is also gorgeous, we got endless compliments on how good it looked, and we didn’t have to add really any decor ourselves. I will recommend them to anyone that needs an event venue.

Loser mansion is a gorgeous venue with many beautiful details throughout. The food is good the staff is experienced, attentive and very helpful. There are many photogenic areas for your event including multiple fireplaces and a striking stairway for pictures and introductions.

Also worth noting the abundant parking in the surrounding area. I did knock off a star because the venue is on the small side and broken into a lot of separate areas. Visiting the various guests meant roaming from lovely room to lovely room.

I have had the opportunity to host several events over the years at Loose Mansion. The fact that I keep returning over and over again says a lot right there. Each event has been exactly as I envisioned. Our most recent event was our company holiday party, which I'm still getting high praise for from my co-workers. We were able to use the entire mansion to create an amazing event. I will be returning. Thank you to everyone at Loose Mansion for making me look so great.

Karen, Abbey and team were absolutely incredible! From our initial tour to our wedding day they were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and we felt confident about the details of our day. My wife and I didn't experience any of the stress wedding planning can often bring, and I know it was because of the team at Loose Mansion. We cannot thank you all enough for making our day so special!

Loose Mansion is THE venue for a couple who wants an out-of-the-box solution for their wedding! They have an all-inclusive package, so food, decor, ceremony, reception, bar, music, and planning… EVERYTHING is handled through the mansion and their incredible professional staff. We had about a three month engagement and wanted a small intimate wedding where ourselves and friends and family didn’t have to lift a finger, but everything would be gorgeous and look like a luxury wedding. Loose made this completely possible on a short timeline and because of their incredible team, it took away so much of the usual stress of wedding planning. I have been a part of planning many weddings and truly believe that Loose has the best all inclusive venue for reasonable pricing and saves you and your loved ones all of the effort that goes into the work of many other venues - which at the end of the day is priceless. I highly recommend taking a look at the beauty this venue has to offer as well as their phenomenal food menus, bar selection, and take a chance to meet their wonderful staff! Karen and Abbey were so great to work with and made our wedding day such a peaceful, sweet day. We can’t thank Loose Mansion enough!!

When looking for wedding and reception venues, we wanted a place that was all-inclusive. We didn’t want to have to look for vendors or ask anyone else for help with things. We searched and found Loose Mansion and absolutely fell in love. Having our wedding at Loose Mansion was the best decision we ever made. It’s so beautiful and elegant! The venue matched my dress perfectly. You don’t need much to spruce up your event either. It’s perfect. The whole process was made easy because of the staff. They were easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. When we felt stressed about making decisions, they had no problem with narrowing things down for an easier decision. Abbey, Abby, and Karen were very attentive and were always there to answer any questions we had.

The day of our wedding was perfect. It was so calm. Abbey and Karen made sure everything and everyone was in order. We literally didn’t have to lift a finger. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was amazing. Everything was perfect. We can’t thank the team at Loose Mansion enough for their help with our wedding. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

I got really stressed out over where to have my wedding. I wanted a location that could easily and seamlessly handle both my ceremony and reception, as well as a venue with lots of character and excellent in-house catering. Loose Mansion gave me all that and more!

First of all, Barbara, Abbey, Abby, and Karen are four of the MOST amazing ladies a bride will ever meet and work with. I had a very intimate wedding and they made it seem as important as if it was a grand scale event. They are super responsive, always getting back to you in 24 hours or less. They listen to all your needs and wants and create a wedding that is 100% YOU. My wedding could not have been more perfect. They also did a lot of hand holding and problem solving for me, which I greatly appreciated, because being a bride in the time of the Plague is NOT easy. They were super sensitive, attentive, and did absolutely everything possible to make sure that my wedding was not only beautiful and enjoyable, but safe.

The food was AMAZING. I absolutely demanded a venue with in-house catering and I got the best available, I truly think. The bar packages were easy to customize and had an excellent selection. LOTS of options for creating your own perfect menu too, including plenty of vegetarian options, which I really appreciated!

The service could not be beat. Again, Barbara, Abbey, Abby, and Karen all worked tirelessly to make sure my wedding day was perfect. Every member of the staff who I interacted with on my wedding day were so pleasant and kind and made sure all my needs were met.

The bridal suite to get ready is spacious, comfortable, and secure.

The whole venue is BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely stunning!! They handle all setup and take down. You do not have to lift a finger. They do all the decorations, after extensively coordinating with you. LOTS of available off-street parking, which is a HUGE deal in that part of town. And the adorable Bed and Breakfast available in the old Carriage House for rental is just the cherry on top.

My wedding was absolutely the best day of my life. It was beautiful, it was stress-free, and all my guests were beyond impressed. I even had one say later on, "I feel like I have attended a royal wedding now!"

I cannot recommend Loose Mansion enough. 7 out of 5 stars!

The best decision we made was to have our wedding at Loose Mansion. Both Abbey C., and Abby D, were very happy to help us answer all of our questions before we even had our day hold. They made everything seem smoother and easier. Super flexible and was always there for us. We had to plan most of our wedding remotely since I wasn’t in town and Loose Mansion made it feel just like I was there all the time. They sent us detailed videos and we did zoom calls to make all decisions. They gave us recommendation for vendors which was very helpful. The planning was very smooth, and the wedding day was as smooth as the planning, both Abbey C., and Abby D were welcoming our guests and making sure that no one needs anything. The venue’s setting were exactly how we wanted them to be, and the food was amazing, and all of our guest loved it.
Getting married at the Loose Mansion is something I highly recommend. Beautiful setting, excellent service, and amazing food. They made the entire process quite simple.

Having our wedding at Loose Mansion was by far and above the best decision we made. I really don't even know how to express my gratitude to Barbara, Abbey C., Abby D., and the entire staff at Loose Mansion for making our wedding day so special. They were incredible to work with every step of the way, and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a stunning wedding venue with AMAZING food, beautiful décor, and such a wonderful, friendly staff. MULTIPLE guests even reached out post-wedding to tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had, and I couldn't agree more. Thank you, Loose Mansion, for making our wedding dreams come true…it was absolutely perfect in every way!
