Located just steps from the City Market and downtown, this venue blends urban garden charm with industrial elegance, making it one of the more visually unique wedding spaces in the city.

From the moment guests arrive, the venue delivers a strong mix of indoor and outdoor energy. The interior features exposed brick, original hardwood floors, art-deco crystal chandeliers, and vintage-inspired décor touches, giving it a refined industrial feel that photographs extremely well. The space is designed to stand on its own, meaning couples don’t have to over-decorate to achieve a high-end look.

One of the biggest highlights is the Urban Garden courtyard, which adds a rare outdoor ceremony and cocktail option in a downtown setting. We had our wedding at the Magnolia and it was truly the best decision!! Deb and Ava took all my pinterest dreams and brought them to life, it all came together so beautifully!! Deb was amazing to work with, explaining what flowers would and wouldn’t work and made all the tablescapes the perfect blend of Spring vibes! Ava and Whitebird planning is a MUST, she brought up so many things I wouldn’t have thought of and made it so that our day was so smooth and I literally had no stress - I got so many compliments on how the day ran!!

I had my wedding reception at Magnolia in early November, and couldn't have asked for a better, more beautiful space. The exposed brick and light fixtures naturally elevate the space and make it one of a kind. We also went with their planning service "Whitebird Events". Deb and Ava were amazing to work with and helped me execute my vision perfectly. When I saw the venue for the first time after arriving from the ceremony I was in awe of how perfect it looked. They were very reasonable and easy to work with. It was so nice to trust who I was working with to take care of the small details (and do a great job) so I didn't have to stress over them. Not to mention their vendor recommendations were 10/10. We also went through Deb and "Whitebird Floral" for our floral. She created modern pieces that perfectly complimented the rest of the "vibe". She was also super understanding and easy to work with when I changed my mind on a few pieces the week of the wedding! I fall more and more in love with the floral every time I look back at photos. I highly recommend.

We love being apart of weddings at Magnolia Venue! Such a beautiful venue, and awesome team. Can't wait to get back there and do more weddings.
We also appreciate all the parking they have for us vendors who have to unload and load.

We had the best experience at Magnolia for our event. The entire process was smooth and the Magnolia team was easy to work with, kind and thorough. This is a beautiful venue and Deb has amazing taste and great ideas. Our event was gorgeous and everyone complimented us. We did not have to worry about anything!
