No Vacancy is stunning! Studio 5 was a vibe the tub sealed the deal and the bed was a dream to sleep. Everything perfectly placed and thought out completely in awe of this magical spot. I look forward to my next stay. Such a beautiful Gem in KC

The room was beautiful and very clean. It's in a perfect location and we loved the lounge downstairs and the courtyard too! Communication was excellent. My only suggestion would be a small white noise machine in the room. The noise from the street was really loud and our phones died playing sounds (not having the right charger is on us).
We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us!

This place is awesome, they go the extra step to make it a very special experience. Its eclectic and feels like a secret treasure, and the staff is so welcoming and professional and want to insure you have an amazing time. The road trip Playlist was also a really special touch. Really great time.

Checked in to the prettiest room yesterday. Though it quickly turned into a nightmare when the rave in the club below began, and didn’t end until 1am. I am currently trying to check out but they will NOT refund my money. The hot water in the faucet does not work, just the cold side, slightly more than a drip at best. When I told them this they said “yes but the cold side works”. They could care less about the customer. I have never written a negative review, I can put up with quite a lot! I unfortunately cannot attach the videos I have of my room shaking from the
Music through the night!

I had the most amazing time at No Vacancy. It was truly an ethereal experience. Lots of natural light, room was spacious, beautiful, and so thoughtfully curated. The staff were very friendly and the lobby/ courtyard was very welcoming and a lovely place to gather. I’d stay here again, in a jiffy!

Stayed at No Vacancy for a weekend with friends and loved it! What a special place!! The attention to detail in each room was unlike any place I've ever stayed. A true boutique hotel- every room and common space carefully curated, unique and Instagram-able providing a trip to remember. Very comfortable bed, bath products from Le Labo and super clean hotel. Cute shops downstairs and a great guide in the room to direct you to neighborhood spots. Le Lounge was the perfect gathering space for morning coffee and a glass of natural wine in the evening. Looking forward to visiting KC and staying at No Vacancy again. Don't hesitate to book.

No Vacancy is truly amazing, unique, and peaceful. The interior design is absolutely amazing not only looks good, but makes you feel at peace the moment you walk in. Truly a gem in Kansas City!

We did a full hotel buyout for our wedding weekend and absolutely loved it! The hotel is unique, gorgeous, and curated to a T. On top of that, the check in process was super easy and customer service was very helpful. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We stayed here Feb 25th, 2023 for our 4 year anniversary!! It was a breath taking place to stay! The vibe was so inviting and cozy!! Such a cool place to stay! It was only a few blocks from the Power and Light district, so we were able to walk (or you could ride the electric scooters like we did!). It was an amazing stay I have already raved to all my friends about it!! I will most definitely try to rent out the entire place for my back party!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

The design and attention to detail are unparalleled. Everything from the candles burning, to the music in the lounge, the live plants, to the in room toiletries! It's easy to see the thoughtfulness and care put into the space...and the beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept on!

No Vacancy was the perfect place to celebrate a friend's birthday with an intimate group of friends! The owner + his staff were a joy to work with and communication was fantastic. Check-in/check-out was simple and streamlined, and the entire atmosphere of the entire motel was a vibe in and of itself. This is one of my personal favorite locations for a staycation in KC, and I was so glad to share it with out of town friends!

ADORED this place! Honestly the photos were so cute and the pricing was so reasonable that I thought there would be a “catch,” but upon arrival the place was even better in person! I had room 7, and seriously the entire space was so cozy and thoughtfully decorated—no detail was spared. I felt like I noticed something new every time I entered and exited the building or room. I think I had one of the smallest rooms, but it was still incredibly comfortable: live plants everywhere, multiple light fixtures, books (which I read in bed), soft blankets and secure locks (important when traveling solo!) The room was basically my fantasy studio apartment. Kudos to the owners, you can tell they put their hearts into the space. And if you ever wonder if people catch and appreciate these little details we definitely do :)

We had such a great time at No Vacancy! Our room (studio 3) was spacious and had the most gorgeous furnishings. We loved being in a corner room that had large windows for plenty of natural light. Located in a great spot that’s walking distance to many restaurants and bar. The local trip guide was such a thoughtful touch! Would definitely recommend!
