We ate at Osteria Il Centro on a Saturday night at 5pm. Our server was Jay and he was wonderful. He suggested a red wine for my husband and N/A drinks for my daughter and I. We had the mushroom appetizers which were great. For our entres, we had the Lasagnia, Parmesan Chicken and the Orichette Gorgonzolla. The Lasagnia was the best I've ever had and the other two entre's were outstanding! Jay was so attentive and had a really fun sense of humor. All in all, we really can't wait to go back!

Brandon and Lauren absolutely stole the show and turned our date night into a mini European vacation. 🍸✨ The cocktails? Dangerous (in the best way). The menu recommendations? Spot on. The vibe? Like being welcomed into one big loud, happy family that insists you slow down, eat well, and enjoy life. We came for dinner and left wondering if we should start saying “cheers” with an accent. 😂 If you’re looking for an unforgettable date night, this is the place! 🇪🇺❤️

This is our favorite Italian restaurant. You go here to have an experience, not just to eat (although the food is impeccable) you are taken well care of. Jay took time to talk to our party and help those who weren't sure what to get make the best decision for their palette.

The wines by the glass are an embarrassing list for an Italian restaurant. We left before ordering based on that alone. Decent bottle list, but the BTG is laughable (domestic wine you would expect in Johnson county establishments). Also, where are the N/A options such as mocktails?

A fantastic dining experience. I made reservations to celebrate my birthday and Jay and his staff did not disappoint. The atmosphere was lovely; the food was delicious (easily the best Italian food I have ever eaten); and the service was stellar. The kitchen even made chicken parmesan especially for me with an extra Italian bread wedge. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine in KC, look no further than Osteria. I will definitely be back.

I go for the lamb, but other foods are very good as well. Drinks are a plus. Great staff and management.

Trastevere - lots of atmospheric places here. This one is nice because it's open all the time for siesta. Tasty, nice. It's worth it.

Considering we were walk in, this place saddest relatively quickly. The food was fantastic, the wine pairings delicious. Service was quick and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend

The food was excellent, the waitress was friendly (without being too friendly), and the atmosphere was pretty good. The dining room was small (I think part of it was closed off for renovations) so making a reservation is strongly recommended. We got lucky but the hostess gave me the impression that usually walk-ins have a substantial wait.

We are definitely planning to return soon!

We decided to try Osteria I’ll Centro for our anniversary dinner. I’m so happy we did. The food is delicious. We both had the Caprese appetizer, generous size, very tasty. I wasn’t a fan of the bread but my husband loves it. I had eggplant Parmesan for my entree. I’m extremely picky about eggplant after living in the Northeast, it was delicious! Large portion that I brought half home. My husband had the short ribs ravioli. He typically doesn’t go for pasta and said this was outstanding. I wish we had save room for dessert.. next time Extensive wine and whiskey list. Ample parking. Great experience
