Peking Duck is carved table-side and bones are returned to the kitchen where they are made into duck soup which is brought back for the table to enjoy.

We had a group of 15 and were sat in the back room at one large round table. It was wonderful to be able to have a setting in which everyone was able to speak to, and see, each other. Sue took great care of us! The lunch menu was very affordable and the food we ordered came out piping hot — clearly made fresh and to order! The highlight of the meal for me was the egg roll. It is MUCH bigger than you’d expect and was the best I’ve ever had — delicious, flavorful and perfectly cooked.

I have know Princess Garden since I was in high-school. The integrity and quality of the food has remained unchanged. It's the most authentic Asian food in KC. I'm a vegan but my family isn't and we all have an incredible time when we go there. The decor is delightful and the service feels like family. My last experience, my server told me about a vegetable they have on special. Ong Choy also know as water Spinach, was served in a savory garlic sauce and was fantastic 👌. I'll be a patron for years to come.

We came from Oklahoma and happen to find this place while looking for another place to eat and decided that this must be where we should be. We walk in and the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the food....AMAZING! THE BEST GENERAL'S CHICKEN I've ever had. Thank You for the Great service and delicious food!

The most authentic food in the area! I wish they were closer to Lee’s Summit! We ordered Moo goo Gai Pan and Shrimp Egg Foo Young!! Very hearty and delicious! Great service. Great Food!

This is the type of Chinese restaurant that you don’t see often, in my opinion. It still has the ambiance, the feel, and decor of a Chinese restaurant. You can tell this place has been around for a long time… in a good way!

The staff were great. The food was delicious. They have plenty of tasty options. Though we didn’t get a drink, their drink selection looked fun and unique. Definitely a place I would recommend for a group wanting to try new things. Even though the menu isn’t communal style, it definitely could be!

Great atmosphere! This place has been here 55 years! Workers have been there from the beginning! Food tastes different than you think, but very tasteful! Definitely worth trying before they close next year. :(

We had always drove past this place and it was always a full parking lot so we decided to give it a try and it was amazing! Such amazing staff and food.

Not only did the interior make us feel so cozy but the kindness of the staff and amazing food portions!

This is the first time we had Chinese food that didn’t make us feel bloated and gross after eating it. It was so good!
