Rye honors the Midwestern dishes that chefs Megan and Colby Garrelts grew up on and have shared with multiple generations. Rye honors the Midwest's traditional cuisine, such as luscious smoked pork chops, matured steaks, bbq ribs, fried chicken, seasonal veggies from the garden, Parker House rolls, freshly prepared pies, fruit cobblers, and layer cakes, to name a few. Chefs employ fresh, regional goods and products, including produce from their own family farm.
