Tavernonna honors the rich and varied history of Italian food, wine, and cocktails by utilizing fresh, simple ingredients to create both traditional and modern dishes that delight the senses. Our goal is to provide a distinct Kansas City flavor while honoring distinctive Italian ingredients. Chef Andrew makes fresh pastas and a variety of other dishes from scratch using ingredients sourced from local farms. Every Tavernonna dish is infused with ambition, passion, heritage, creativity, style, and inspirational local culture and knowledge. Tuna carpaccio, Lamb osso bucco, Red Snapper with fresh Mussels, and pappardelle with smoked wild boar ragu, pecorino romano, and gremolata are among the tantalizing dishes on the menu.
