What makes it fun

The Harlow, located in the Kansas City Crossroads Art District, is housed in a beautifully and mindfully restored 1909 building which was originally an automobile dealership. Its stunning interior was created to blend the past and the present. White, grey, and navy accents, contemporary lighting, and modern furniture complement the original wood floor, beams, skylights, and exposed brick. This combination results in a chic urban loft space unlike any other in Kansas City. The Harlow can facilitate 175 seated guests, indoor ceremonies, and up to 250 cocktail guests.

The Harlow was the perfect venue for our winter wedding! My husband and I visited countless venues, and The Harlow was the one we both walked out of saying we wanted to get married at. The historic industrial vibe with wood floors, beams, brick walls, and the amazing freight elevator were exactly what we wanted. We of course had plenty of decor for the ceremony and reception, but we didn't need much since the venue was so beautiful! It truly was the perfect backdrop for our dream wedding, and we can't wait to see all the pictures of just how perfect the space looked. We absolutely loved having our wedding there and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a venue in the downtown KC area!

Great venue, great staff, great location. There is not much else I can say. Adrianna was wonderful and helped us through the entire process. Would recommend.

The Harlow was such a beautiful venue to host our event for our daughter. The staff was nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. I hope to be able to attend someone else's event there in the future just to experience it again. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about The Harlow. We had our wedding there 9/4/21 and it was a wonderful experience. We started planning about a year out, and everyone was a pleasure to work with and patiently answered my many questions.
The venue manager, Sarah. S., was a dream come true. She was immensely helpful and just added to the joy of our day. I don't know what we would have done without her - she was a rockstar.

It was affordable, beautiful, and everyone there went above and beyond to make our day perfect.

Being an LGBTQIA+ couple, we obviously wanted and needed to make sure we were getting married in an inclusive space. From the very first meeting, there was no question we were in a great place. There was not an ounce of judgement, which made us able to truly enjoy this entire experience.

Thank you to the whole Harlow staff - especially Sarah - for going above and beyond in making this a picture-perfect, beyond incredible day.
