The Venue at Willow Creek was constructed with a passion for weddings and events! The grounds originally were a drive-in movie theatre. The Venue at Willow Creek was built in 2015 by the Roberts Family, right next to Wyandotte Lake (a perfect place to sneak off for a few photos). We wanted to create a space that was full of love, joy, and celebration!

We had such a wonderful experience at The Venue at Willow Creek! The beautiful setting, attention to detail, and exceptional service made the entire day so special. Everything was beautifully done, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcomed. It was the perfect venue for such a memorable celebration. We would highly recommend The Venue at Willow Creek to anyone looking for a beautiful place to host their special event!

The Venue at Willow Creek is exceptional. After more than 25 years in the event business, I approach a new venue experience with a bit of caution and a very high level of expectation. The Venue at Willow Creek exceeded those expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the team was friendly, professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Darren and Kaycee were our team leads throughout the wedding day and into the evening, and working with them was an absolute joy. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate every need made such a difference. Olive Catering absolutely knocked it out of the park. The level of service was extraordinary. Seeing a team positioned around the buffet, anticipating when food needed to be replenished before the need was even apparent, was something I rarely see. Tables were cleared promptly and seamlessly, and the food was beautifully prepared. And as an event planner, seeing a perfectly cooked tenderloin with that beautiful pink center being served to a large number of guests was especially impressive! The wedding day was unusually hot, and the team handled every detail thoughtfully. They accommodated adjustments to everything from the ceremony music to protecting the flowers from the direct sun until just before guests were seated. Those little details demonstrated how much they cared about the overall experience. It can be challenging to be both a professional event planner and a family member at the same wedding, but The Venue at Willow Creek made my job incredibly enjoyable and gave me every reason to be proud. Their team helped make a very special family celebration everything we hoped it would be. I would enthusiastically recommend The Venue at Willow Creek and Olive Catering to anyone looking for an exceptional venue and catering team. Thank you for helping make my niece's wedding such a wonderful celebration!

Our wedding day was perfect and that is a huge thanks to everyone at the Venue at Willow Creek. Our coordinator, Chelsea, was amazing. She was very thorough in explaining everything in our meetings leading up to wedding day, and when we asked for her opinions or input, she was very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions with decor and setup. On the day of, she was so helpful when we needed anything as we were getting ready, and she was patient keeping us on track with the schedule we set. The bartenders and catering staff were so friendly and helpful as well. Our guests raved about the food, and we loved it too! The venue was beautiful and we all loved the outdoor/creek area too. Highly recommend!

I can’t tell you how wonderful the entire staff was. From the bartender’s to the servers as well as KayCee, who did all the decorations. Everything went better than I could’ve imagined. So many of my friends and family raved about the food, the servers and how beautiful the placed looked. I was extremely pleased. I will definitely be booking this venue for future celebrations. Thank you to the entire staff for your hard work and dedication to ensure that we all had an amazing evening.

Five Stars All the Way! We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our event at The Venue at Willow Creek, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and their professionalism and genuine care truly set them apart. The space itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with a layout that’s both elegant and incredibly functional. Whether it was the ceremony, reception, or just guests mingling, the flow of the venue made everything seamless and enjoyable. The team’s knowledge and attention to detail made the planning process so easy and stress-free. They thought of everything before we even had to ask and offered creative ideas that elevated the entire event. I can not say enough good things about this venue! From the staff, the food, the decor, the views! 10/10! We had our daughter’s wedding there and it far exceeded our expectations! Very friendly staff, amazing food and the venue itself is gorgeous inside and out!

Could not have asked for a more perfect location for our wedding. The indoor/ outdoor space was perfect and absolutely beautiful! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Kaycee! I will never forget how she kept me calm moments before walking down the aisle.

Everything was absolutely lovely. The decor they offer for choosing from is great and a money saver for bride & groom. They take care of everything. The ladies in planning, execution and food service were suburb. The venue is great and roomy and provides options for outdoor or indoor wedding in case of bad weather.

Anastasia and Jacqueline are absolutely wonderful to work with. We were sold on having our wedding at the venue at Willow Creek after the first meeting. The setup of the room was exactly as we wanted it even after having to change it multiple times due to COVID-19. They worked with our vendors to coordinate everything so that our wedding day went perfectly! We absolutely loved every aspect of our experience with Willow Creek and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to host an event! If we could give them more than 5 stars, we absolutely would!
